My goal is coming closer

Well I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and thought "I think my diet is already working" so I ran downstairs jumped on the scales and WAHOOOOOOO!!!!!! I have lost 2kg. I am aiming to fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes by Spring (the start of bikini beach days).  FINGERS CROSSED!  My closest goal is to be in the 60kg bracket again, 2:6kg to go.

So to date since the 9th March, the day before having my lil prince, I was 86kg.  I had gained 26kg during pregnancy.  I was so massive when pregnant, people thought i was full term at 6mths and queried if I was having twins.  See below (34wks pregnant)

Most mothers I have spoke to said it takes 12mths or longer.  I want to do it in 6mths.

Well I am off now to have my shake and my walk to the PO Box and Coles.

    What kind of shakes are you having? Are you on one of those plans that include shakes or are you doing this yourself?

    I have just reached my "goal" but I am planning on introducing some protein shakes in the future to help me stay on track.

    Can't wait to follow your journey!

  2. I am having Fat Blaster shakes. I am doing my own diet. 6 small meals a day obviously some meals are shakes. I have taken bits and pieces from different diets and cutting down sugar and replacing it with honey where possible.
